The SPS Late Model team had plenty to be proud of this past weekend as Mia Lovell took to Colorado National Speedway for another round of tough competition. Rolling off 7th on the grid, Mia wasted no time settling into her rhythm, showing the speed, confidence, and determination that has become her trademark.

Lap after lap, she worked her way through the field, battling side by side with some of the toughest short track drivers in the country. By the time the checkered flag dropped, Mia had powered her way into the top five, securing an impressive 5th-place finish.
For our team, it wasn’t just about the result—it was about the effort, the fight, and the momentum we continue to build together. Every race adds another layer of experience, and Mia continues to prove she has the talent and grit to run with the best in the sport.
We couldn’t be more proud of Mia and the SPS Late Model crew for their dedication both on and off the track. With another strong finish in the books, the focus now shifts to heading back east next month, where we’re eager to keep the momentum rolling and continue chasing results.
Stay tuned as we prepare for the next challenge and keep following along with Mia’s journey as she climbs the ranks of short track racing.
